SELCEN MURSALOĞLU
Selcen has a know-how and broad experience in corporate & commercial law and banking law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, credit facility agreements including syndication agreements, club loan agreements and export credit agreements, corporate finance, project and commodity finance as well as foreign trade transactions.
Selcen is a member of Istanbul Bar since 2009.
Selcen worked for 5 years as an associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department of one of Turkey’s leading law firms. She represented and advised the local and multinational companies as well as foreign investors in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, especially in mergers & acquisitions.
Subsequently, she worked as a legal advisor in the corporate banking, corporate institutional banking and subsidiaries legal department of one of the leading Turkish banks, which is a joint venture of a French financial institution.
