Eda is the litigation and alternative dispute resolution counsel at Burcu Doner Law Firm. She is also actively carrying out pro-bono service within the local community.

Eda represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters, with a specific focus on real estate law, commercial law, execution & bankruptcy law, family law, labour law and criminal law.

Following completion of her degree in law, Eda worked as an associate in various leading law firms in Istanbul for a term of 10 years, advising both the companies and individuals on litigation matters in the fields of commercial law, banking law, labour law, intellectual property law, transportation law, criminal law as well as tax and administrative law, particularly representing the clients before all types of courts and execution offices.

After completing her studies in Wichita State University in Kansas, USA, she moved to Kutahya and focussed her practice on alternative dispute resolution, and particularly on mediation.

Eda is a registered Mediator since 2018. Her mediation expertise covers particularly labour law and commercial law. She is serving in mediation commissions of various cities in Turkey.

Being an active pro bono volunteer, Eda has a number of administrative roles in Kutahya Bar. She is one of the board members of the bar as well as the Coordinator in Legal Aid Commission and the Head of Women and Children Rights Commission in the same bar.
