GÜLPERİ AYDEMİR
Gulperi has extensive experience in intellectual property rights for more than 15 years. She has been registered as a trademark and patent attorney before Turkish Patent Institute since 2005 and has spent many years working in the industry with clients from across the world.
Her areas of expertise include without limitation, consulting and advising on trademark, design, patent and utility model registration applications to be submitted to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office; issuing periodic situation reports for organizations and advising on industrial and intellectual property rights; conducting preliminary research prior to applications being submitted, providing guidance in relation to specific application needs, carrying out registration processes (including submitting appeals in the case of adverse decisions).
Before joining our team, she worked for 15 years as Corporate Customers Representative & Trademark, Patent Agent in Destek Patent, Turkey’s top-filer IP firm.
In her role in the firm, she has supported numerous local and multinational companies before the Turkish Patent Institute and has provided a broad range of patent & trademark services including; application, registration, appealing, opposition, cancellation, assignment, monitoring, search and licensing.
Since the beginning of April 2021, Gülperi has been representing the IP department of our law firm and supporting the individual and corporate customers both from Turkey and the United Kingdom.
